Kroger Fuel Points – A Complete Guide

What are Kroger Fuel Points?

Kroger fuel points are Krogers reward program that saves you money on gas: $1 per gallon to be exact, when fueling up to 35 gallons of gas at a time. It’s a great way to save money, but also for manufactured spending (earning a certain amount on your credit card to earn a sweet sign-up bonus).

Here’s a summary of everything you need to know about Kroger Gas Points:

  • Works at participating Krogers and Shell gas stations (search by checking “Fuel” box on left side)
  • 1,000 points can be used for $1 off per gallon, up to 35 gallons
Note: You earn $0.10 off per gallon, for every 100 points. The max discount is 1000 points ($1/gal)
  • You can only use the $1/gal off at one fueling… so make sure you are fueling up 35 gallons at a time to maximize savings ($35).
Make sure you’re hitting the full 35 gallons by:
    • Filling up for friends
    • Filling up separate 5 gallon gas cans for future use
  • Points expire at the end of next month! (e.g. points earned in June expire July 31st)
  • Use a credit card that gets 3-5% back on gas purchases, when paying for your gas to save even more money
